Brand new house by the sea in Magical Mangawhai Heads - 10 minute walk to the Estuary beach, 20 minute walk to the surf beach. Great indoor outdoor space. Disability friendly with ramp, raised toilets and wet room in Master bedroom ensuite. Pet friendly but unfenced at the moment - geocollar available. Close to walking trails, golf course and amenities. Stylish and cozy place to enjoy the magical Mangawhai community and beach. Converted garage on the same property can be rented separately.

Tapuaetahi Beach House provides the classic kiwi holiday. Located on the waterfront at a private white sandy beach with so much diversity; lagoon, estuary, coastal walks. The property is orientated for interaction with the sea, as you BBQ, eat, read, lounge around - the front covered deck & daybed is just metres from the sea. 1/4 acre seafront site with many trees, it is so private. Great Spot by the Estuary in Whangateau Harbour

This bach is a great spot with jetty by the water. 3 bedroom completely renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen and disabled bathroom. 3 queen beds, plus 3 single mattresses on the lounge floor can accommodate up to 9 people. Harbour and small beach across the road. Within 2 hours of high tide you can access Whangateau harbour right off the deck. 2 neighbouring properties (listed as "A Kiwi Classic") mean you can be together or separate for family groups of up to 20 or more.

This is a new modern home with open plan kitchen dining out door area with a separate TV room, 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, lots of room to park the boat or caravan. only 2 min walk to the beach, nestled beside bush and farmland on a quiet street, there is a boat ramp and play ground 1 min drive down the road, shops with a great cafe, restaurant, warehouse etc 3 mins up the road, Matakana village is 8 mins away with a cinema, great cafes and the famous Matakana markets

Sandy Bay Surf Shack, Tutukaka Coast

The Sandy Bay Surf Shack was built in 2014 as a real bach, offering everything you need, and nothing you don't need. The bach sits within regenerating native bush with a NW orientation delivering all day sun and panoramic views up the coast towards Whananaki. The bach consists of a living room opening onto a large shaded deck (-40m2) kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. Sandy Bay is accessed from the property by a bush track (~120 steps). There's good parking for 2 cars.
