Sit in the private, sunny garden area and take in the magnificent views over the ancient CoquetValley. Rejuvenate in the pool, sauna, gym, and hot tub at nearby Linden Hall Hotel, Membership for two guests is inclusive with the stay. Explore beautiful beaches, historic castles and wonderful countryside and end the day by a log-burning stove in the lounge. During the summer months enjoy a glass of wine or a BBQ in the pretty cottage garden. Our comfortable converted barn is the perfect base to explore the coast and countryside of Northumberland. Comfortable and stylish living room/kitchen with working log burner. (photos were taken before the flue was fitted) Well equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and granite work surfaces. Lovely kingsized bedroom, oak flooring, quality linen and towels supplied with complimentary toiletries . Pretty country style bathroom with bath and shower over. Children are very welcome and we can supply a cot (no linen) and a high chair for babies, a z- bed with linen for older children is available at no extra charge. There is a very comfortable sofa bed with a pocket sprung mattress in the living area which will sleep 2 adults for the odd night or a short break. One well behaved dog welcome £10 extra charge Guests have their own private garden and west facing seating area and access to plenty of parking. There is also an extra lawned area separate from the owners garden if they wish to use it for BBQ or children playing Free membership for 4 guests (adults or children) at the nearby Linden Hall Hotel for the spa and leisure club is available for guests during their stay. There is a swimming pool, sauna, a small gym and hot tub and there are often some discounts on spa treatments. There is also a golf club but this is not included in the membership and green fees apply. We want our guests to have their privacy but are friendly and welcoming and happy to help and provide information during their stay. Swallowtails barn is in a farming hamlet outside the pretty village of Longframlington. There are lovely country walks on the doorstep Take an easy stroll to reach good pubs serving food an award-winning grocery shop, artisan bakery and coffee shop. Then drive along pretty winding lanes to explore the beautiful beaches and villages on the Northumberland coast. Visit historic castles at Alnwick and Bamburgh or spend a day at nearby Cragside Hall and gardens Excellent butchers also in village There is plenty of parking on site. It is an easy walk to the village, taking about 15 minutes and there is a local taxi available operated by one of the neighbours which can be very useful. Regular buses run to Alnwick and Morpeth There is a mainline station at Alnmouth approx 10 -15 mins drive Swallowtails is adjoining the owners property but has its own separate entrance garden and seating area. There is friendly dog on site

Centrally located with parking right outside your door you will find Sea View the perfect place to plan your day. The old Fisherman’s cottage has sympathetically restyled from top to bottom into a cosy retreat for you to kick back relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The large private garden has a decking area and summer house for you to enjoy.

Located in the centre of a small town, Puddler's Cottage is the perfect base to explore the stunning beaches and castles of Northumberland whilst only a short drive to vibrant Newcastle. With a wood burning stove, a cot available on request and a sofa bed downstairs, Puddler's has all you could wish for a cosy and comfortable getaway. Cook a meal, order in or take advantage of the many cafes, restaurants and pubs all within 5 minutes walk.

Ideal for a relaxing break, a base for walking and exploring the wonderful Northumbrian Coastline, family holiday or romantic weekend!Cowslip is perfectly located to explore the popular Seahouses, Bamburgh, and Alnwick, but lovely to come back to the tranquility and kick back and enjoy!

Whiteside Farm Granary - Hot tub - Dog friendly

Newly converted Granary to go with our other larger holiday cottage on our working farm. located for exploring Hadrians Wall or for taking a break on a long journey. There is one bedroom upstairs with a en-suite and a king bed. There is also a futon bed located in the bedroom but only limited seating if more than 2 or 3 guests are staying. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or a soak in the hot tub, and watch the sun rise in the east. Cottage is small but cosy. Dogs are most welcome.

The Old Bottle Store is a cosy & quaint cottage tucked away behind our pub The Blackcock Inn at Falstone. Just a mile away from Kielder Reservoir we're a brilliant base for a stay in beautiful Northumberland. Amenities include a wood burning stove, kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine), wide-screen TV, comfy sofa and armchairs, dining area, double bed, velux window in the bedroom for stargazing & en-suite bathroom with shower.

In the summer months we offer extra accommodation, if required, in the garden bunkhouse located a few steps from the back door. Situated in the hamlet of Sharperton on the border of Northumberland National Park, our location offers an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside and coastline.

Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. Our bespoke hand made, wood fired hot tub offers a unique bathing experience. Enjoy the natural warmth of the water, heated and ready for your arrival. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. If your stay is longer than one night we can empty, refill and reheat for a small charge of £15.00 per night.
