Idyllic cabin in the mountains right by the alpine center

The cabin was completed in 1986 and renovated in 2021. The toilet and kitchen have, among other things, been replaced and a new toilet is built in the entrance. It feels spacious with 3 bedrooms (2 available for guests) plus a loft popular for children. It has hardwood floors and painted wood panels on walls. There is a newer fireplace in the living room that heats well, in addition to a heat pump that can be turned on in advance so that you can get to the heated cabin. There is Wi-Fi and AppleTV in the cabin.

In summer, there is bathing water 5 min walk from the cabin, with swimming area, fishing opportunities and access to rowing boat. In winter, it is driven up for miles of great marked ski trails. Here you can rent your own private little mountain hotel;-) The high mountains can tempt with nice fishing lakes, fantastic trips, 120km of ski trails, slalom facilities and nice mountain air. Juvefossen is a nice hike with bathing temperature in June-Sept. Only 45 min from Kongsberg city, 1 h and 50 from Oslo. In Kongsberg, you can, among other things, visit the Silver Mines. The cabin has a high standard and has a fantastic west-facing view of the mountains and water.

Hytta har fantastisk utsikt over vann og mot Gaustatoppen. Hytteområdet er stille og rolig med få andre hytter. Panoramautsikten fra de store vinduene i stua er helt enestående og her får du det fint både inne i den koselige stua og ute på den store verandaen. Jeg håper at mine gjester nyter utsikten og det behagelige miljøet inne og ute. Jacuzzi installeres i september 2025 og er tilgjengelig for gjestene fra oktober til mai hvert år.
