Our duplex is located in Notre Dame de Monts, small family resort by the sea it consists on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen, a living room with a click-clack, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs a large bedroom with a queen bed and a sea view balcony, a bedroom with 3 beds, a bathroom with wc, an umbrella bed, a high chair. Linen is not provided in the duplex.

Fully-equipped 20 m2 "Greenkub" garden studio. Direct beach access. Private jacuzzi accessible all year round, night and day, at your convenience, with shower room and toilet. The lodge is located at the bottom of our 1360 m2 property, not overlooked.

Small renovated 1933 house with an area of 65 m2 with garden facing the state forest. The central beach is 500 meters away, the city center is 600 meters away (shops, pharmacy, post office...) there is also a children's playground 200 meters away.
