Cottage holiday rentals in Nova Iguaçu

We went in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience on the site. Communication with A Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very well and was very kind to the activities. The premises of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all have wonderful days! The rain makes it a little difficult to travel because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road but passing carefully with we did it. Deixo suggested to have a picpoqueira, we took ours, for the rainy days and a movie in the evening and it was a success!!

The house is wonderful but the place too far away. I really enjoyed the experience, but closed without realizing that I was going to the end of the world. There does not get cell phone from any operator, but it has internet, and there is no light, every day it lacks light, usually only 5 min. 20 min, and does not get in the way, but on the last night of the carnival fell and only returned 12 hours later. I went from 4x4 Jeep, the easy way, and I had to go slowly, friends who were in normal cars were hitting the bottom for more than 1h of wet dirt road, as it rains frequently at that time. Caiu a toró when we were going to start the dirt road, and complicated the journey. The return is not simple either. If I knew about the difficulty of arriving I wouldn't rent it, but I was glad I was wrong. The place is wonderful, the house is bigger than it looks, very cozy, it has everything it needs and does not want to leave. If you rent, there will be room to have fun and relax, it will be unforgettable.

Maria is just amazing! Extremely attentive, friendly and capricious. From the beginning we closed the house, always very kindly, explaining everything clearly and worrying about our well-being. We went with two babies and she showed special care for mosquitoes (which are many) and their comfort. A wonderful person who made all the difference in our experience! About the house, the rooms were impeccably clean and organized. The kitchen is located outside the house, next to the barbecue. Pool and whirlpool are simply perfect, a real invitation to relax! A shame the weather did not help and because of this we did not take much advantage of the use of the pool and unfortunately we did not get to know the waterfall because it rained during the entire stay, but this only made us even more excited to return at a next opportunity. An experience that for sure, we want to repeat in a sunny day! Rs I highly recommend it!

We spent the New Year in a group of friends and everything went well! The house is great, very well cared for. The swimming pool and play area were the most used spaces in the house. Edson is a good host and responds quickly, we asked for help with the care of the house and hired Ana, who helped us a lot. The homemade Luciano tbm is very helpful, they were great! The only observation we make is that the access road to home is really complicated, as described in the listing and deserves additional attention if it is with children/babies: Bad road/one-way, dirt for about 40/50 minutes. I do not recommend going out at night, that is, it is a great place to arrive, leave the car parked and enjoy the house! Services are scarce in the region, it is important to take medicines also because the nearest pharmacy is in Miguel Pereira. Since access is difficult, in case of lack of light, it may take some time to return. The house has generator, courtesy first load and if necessary more diesel is charged separately.

My stay was just amazing. The chalet is exactly the same as in the pictures, or even more beautiful. For those who like tranquility and a lot of nature, it is the perfect place! Bruno received us very well, always very helpful and kind. We presented the new cottage next door, which is also a charm. We'll be back for sure!

Our stay was simply amazing! The house is spacious, very well cared for and with impeccable cleaning. The waterway ensured a lot of fun, as well as the volleyball court and the game room, which are perfect for moments of leisure. We were exceptionally received by the hostess, always attentive and helpful. Wonderful place, super recommend and we will definitely be back!

Solange's place is wonderful! Exactly as described here in the listing. It accommodated my family very well, the house and the land are very spacious, the pool area is beautiful. My grandmother who has mobility difficulties managed to move around very easily. Everything was very clean and organized. The bathrooms are new, but the house has a good indoor feel. They had all the utensils we needed. During my stay there was a problem with the house water, identified by the homemade, but Solange quickly came into contact, already solving what happened. A Andreia, a homemade, is a very dear person who was always there if we needed it, the house is on the same plot but it wasn't any trouble! The only minimum point, which has nothing to do with hosting, was that the telephone signal would come and go during the day, so get ready to stay a little off the networks. I super recommend the place and hope to return soon with my family.

It is already the third year we do the baptism of the church in this place. It is very good for the baptism that we like to do in running waters. We have two possibilities of doing the baptism: in the river or in the large pool that has the running water from the source that enters and goes straight to the river. We have already been able to christen the oldest 89 years in the pool and newer in the river. Everything gets very convenient this way. It has many accommodations and bathrooms, which makes it much easier. The kitchen has everything. We left there yesterday sad because we could not stay a little more due to the work and grateful for everything God has prepared us in this place. I'm not forgetting to thank the homemade Mr. José which was very pleasant

Great place in a great area with really attentive and friendly host that went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this place!

Me and my family having a wonderful weekend. the place is as good as it looks in everyone. the areas are well organized. kitchen with play area, animals, plenty of area for children to have fun. mr. Raimundo (homemade) is super friendly and helpful, received us super well and helped us in everything when we need it. we just love each other.

I went to the place with my family (12 people). Everyone really enjoyed it. The place is a really cute place and has an impressive structure. All decor is designed for the convenience of visitors. The pool space is amazing and everyone enjoyed the time. The host is a lovely person who welcomed us with great care and whenever we need she has served us. It's certainly a place we want to go back to.

Strengths: - Wonderful pool with warm water, was the differential of the entire stay; - Large outdoor area, well-kept garden, privacy and silence; - The interior of the house has satisfactory rooms to host the 15 people without any problems; - Air-conditioned atmosphere; - Equipped kitchen; - Spacious porch; - Well-being for the entire stay. - My family and I enjoyed everything that was offered in the accommodation, we will return. Negative points: There isn't.

O Sítio is wonderful! We had very quiet family days. A prainha is delicious. My pets loved it. We had the help of Silvana, a great cook and very kind. The homemade João tb is very attentive. Following Google was easy to get to. We went to the city for a walk, buy cheese , honey.. It's worth it. It was really great days and we will be back for sure. Thank you Carlos!

Wonderful accommodation, local mt cute and the homemade, Mr. Josué mt helpful. This year we are already organizing to return. It is exactly as in the pictures, a paradise. The house has a mosquito net, which helps mt at night. It is complete and pleasant mt, it has everything. There were bed linens, towels, kitchen items, games.. it was a pleasant mt surprise to find this place..

The house is very pleasant, it is inside a delightful condominium with waterfall. The natural swimming pool is exactly like in the images, we take a lot of space and we intend to go back ! Only note: mobile phone does not pick up and the Internet, although for most of the time constant, we were left with no signal a few moments (it lasted around 1h/1h30 without signal).

We selected Humberto's house to commemorate a unique and important moment for our family that was my daughter's 15th birthday. Humberto's place is beautiful and wonderful. A house with an architecture to admire various details, surrounded by nature and full of peace. Hospitality is differentiated. He gave us all the tips to get to his house, received us and with a lot of attention and affection, and put us at ease.
