Monthly Rentals in Nova Vas

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

Dejan’s accommodation is a little gem nestled in the heart of the beautiful Istrian countryside. The pool house, main house, heated pool, and charming garden are all beautifully designed and lovingly decorated with many thoughtful details. The property is located in a lovely village surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We didn’t miss a thing and could hardly believe our luck at being able to spend our Easter holidays in such a wonderful place. The kitchen, bathroom, pool house, etc. are all perfectly equipped. Dejan is an outstanding host. He responded promptly to all messages, provided a perfect guide for the house along with great tips for the area, and left us a very thoughtful welcome gift including wine, olive oil, and a candle. The beach is just under 10 minutes away, but the area is also perfect for hiking and excursions. We can highly recommend this house and would like to sincerely thank Dejan for his excellent care during our stay.

The house was even nicer than in the photos, we would come back any time! All the amenities you need & Marija was always available to answer questions. In the small town it is very quiet but you have a mini market. Top value for money.

The villa is very spacious and easily accommodates 8 people. We particularly liked the fact that each room has its own bathroom. The location is nice and quiet but unfortunately about 30 minutes by car from the sea. The outdoor area and the garden are very well maintained, but the garden is sloping almost everywhere and can therefore only be used to a limited extent for outdoor games. The size of the pool is also create and allows 8 people to chill in the pool without any problems.
