The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. The flat is located in a beautiful area. On one side is the National Football Stadium and the Ondrej Nepela Winter Stadium, and on the other side is Lake Kuchajda. The city centre is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is free parking for one car in the building. Two large shopping centres are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy on the ground floor, accessible from the street. There are also three restaurants – a sushi bar, a steakhouse and an Italian restaurant.

We would like to welcome you to our flat in which you can relax, but at the same time it has an ideal location for exploring Bratislava and its surroundings. It is very close to the train station and the city center. The flat is full of little things that can bring you joy as well as plants, but also practically equipped for your relaxing and comfortable stay. The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator in quiet residential historical building.
