My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Lake house 23min from BA

Bring the whole family and buddies to this great place with lots of room for fun inside, backyard, and lakefront just across from the house. Beautiful view from the window to the pond, which includes a large fire pit, a gazebo, an outdoor cross fit playground, and the possibility of various leisure activities by the water, e.g. fishing. The family home is detached, with a large yard, playhouse, slides and swings. In the backyard, guests can use the hot tub, comfortable garden seating, and fire pit.

A home away from home!

The house is situated in the charming village of Stupava. Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! You can also explore the capital city, Bratislava, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are also an hours drive from Vienna, two hours from Budapest and an hour from the Czech border, so plenty in the area to explore! We offer you a lodging place and our hospitality in the extension of the detached house, lying in the quiet street of Stupava, with a free car park in front of the house. You enter it through a separate door in the yard. Downstairs, there is an anteroom, a toilet, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway with staircase. Upstairs you can find air-conditioned attic rooms with 4 beds and a carrycot, if necessary. We put at your disposal lounging in the garden with the grill.

Beautiful 2-room house (terrace) newly built in 2020. The house has its own parking in front of the house. The house has a beautiful terrace of 10 m2 with a garden of 40 m2. There is a beautiful rattan garden seating on the terrace. Very good accessibility to the center of Bratislava (20 min) and fast connection to the highway within approx. 5 min. In the vicinity you will find several restaurants, shops, cafes, groceries, pharmacy, post office, etc.
