Monthly Rentals in Novopavlovka

It’s a nice apartment in a new residential building that’s not entirely finished yet (construction debris in hallways and stairwells). The host was very upfront about it all and the price couldn’t be matched, so you get what you pay for. I had a positive experience overall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too.

The location could not be better for down town. Walking out the frontdoor, there are cafes nearby, a shopping centre at the entrance, easy walking to all the downtown tourist spots. Many taxis stop at the shopping centre. The host was friendly, kind and very responsive, even buying a coffee machine for us. Would definitely stay again

Nice place. There is a big road outside the window, but the windows are noisy, so the apartment is quiet. A cozy old house, a closed courtyard, all shops and cafes nearby.

It’s such a clean and nice apartment! I loved my stay in Vadim’s place. You need to take the stairs to reach his place, but still, I highly recommend to anyone coming to Bishkek. It looks even better and cleaner in person. Thanks, Vadim!
