This is a magical place. The interior is worth featuring in Home & Gardens, everything is thought through with care, a true dream home. The living room has a balcony facing the river for a peaceful drink in the evening. There is a lovely bakery downstairs, a convenience shop and the local market is 5 min walk away. There are a few lovely dining options including a ** restaurant. Free parking is right in front of the building. Good wi-fi. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night because we were only passing through but we could have spent many more as the welcome was friendly, the accommodation was peaceful and the attention to detail. Everything was also perfect for our 9-month-old daughter! Go without a second thought, you'll be delighted!!

Semur is a beautiful and romantic town, but still lively and not too touristic. The house is close to everything, nature, the river as well as the town and its amenities. We also enjoyed the sun in the small backyard and barbecue, and were happy that we could bring the dog. Traffic is modest, so walking the dog and/or running around the town was a pleasure

Pleasant stay, quiet in a very well appointed accommodation that matches the description. Easy to access, parking right in front, no noise, it feels like home. Fabienne's house is a haven of peace for young and old, thanks to the many activities and games that are available there. In addition to everything that is available to visitors, you can feel at home with thoughtful decor. Fabienne is a responsive host, very friendly and she has many activities to recommend in the area! You can't get enough of the silence that surrounds the house or the views of the surrounding fields and forest. Thanks again Fabienne!

Refurbished accommodation a few years ago, very well maintained in a peaceful village, not overlooked. The small garden area in the back is perfect for parents who want to settle in while watching the kids. The rooms are spacious. The children's room is filled with games and books. Everything is very well thought out. Gaëlle (Gilles' wife) was very responsive and welcoming. Recommended!

Small zen and peaceful cocoon in the heart of town, we had a pleasant stay in Izumi's studio which is also very very well-equipped.

We received a very friendly welcome. We were pleased with the accommodation. The area is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed riding the bicycles along the path beside the Burgundy Canal. Urs kindly lent us bikes. There is a choice of bikes, but they do need a little basic maintenance. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day. Colin

Nothing to say about the place and communication with Cédric. It was very good. A stone's throw from the beautiful village, free and easy street parking. bakery, intermarché right next door. Too bad there was no baby crib in the accommodation (but it was correctly stipulated in the listing and Cédric immediately answered us when we asked him🙏)
