The colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio overlooks the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully ;=) You are in charge of cleaning... or you have the option to choose the cleaning package with an additional charge of €20, to be requested when booking.

Welcome to the centre of Nozay (44) We welcome you to fully renovated accommodation located in a separate annex to our home, on the garden side. You will be completely independent in terms of getting around. Outside, parking is free. If you wish, you can also park your vehicle in our private courtyard. The village centre is lively, with shops and restaurants. Please note that we are located on the church square, and the bells ring from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
