The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

A short drive to the Port Arthur Historic Site and the start of the spectacular Three Capes Walk and many other attractions the Peninsula has to offer. Filtered views of Parsons Bay add to the charm of this cottage. Relax and enjoy the beauty of the Tasman Peninsula. Close to the township of Nubeena and services and only 1 and 1/2 hours drive from Tasmania’s capital, Hobart.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
