that was the best and the unique experience we have ever had. with the amazing nature, all the facilities property has, ... I can't explain how great it was.

we had a wonderful week. The accommodation was great, cozy and equipped with every comfort. The wellness was really a luxury, perfect for completely relaxing. The beautiful large kitchen invited us to cook extensively ourselves, which we also did with great pleasure. And what a nice big garden. Lovely to sit in and enjoy the tranquility and nature. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, ideal to escape the hustle and bustle. Hugo and Layla were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. In one word, everything was great. Highly recommend!

Robert is a great host and we had a lovely stay

We decided to take a short break at Bas. It was beautiful and there was a lot to see. We enjoyed the time there very much and Bas's mom welcomed us very warmly and was directly on hand for all questions. There are many animals there and the opportunity to relax superbly. Thanks to Bas's tips and also from mom, we had visited great activities in the area. Around a perfect holiday with everything that goes with it and super friendly hosts !! Definitely recommended !

We had a super cozy family weekend. The house is cozy and fully equipped. The garden is also great, with several seating areas and the possibility to make a campfire in the evening. The kids have also had a good time helping Tom with the ponies and hiking with a pony. All in all recommended for a cozy weekend away.

We had a great work at this home with our group of friends. There was enough space for a large group, it was quiet and clean, and the hot tub was a big plus. The beds were fine, but some soft mattresses.

This was the perfect family stay! With 2 young children, each little one had their own space (the baby bed was perfect for our 2 year old!) and they loved exploring the space with feeding the rabbits becoming a daily ritual that they both loved! The place itself was spotless on arrival with a lovely big kitchen, practical but beautiful furnishing and was really comfortable. The outside space is great and the hot tub and fire pit were put to good use. The location is peaceful but still leaves a good variety of activities within an hours drive so worked really well for us too. Overall, we would highly recommend!

This is the second year we have been here for a long holiday so you can tell we enjoy it. The only problem last year was the wi-fi but this has been fixed so we highly recommend this place. Centrally located for shops, bars and restaurants but also peaceful.

The stay is very nicely decorated with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nice base from which to see the many sights of beautiful Brabant. Petra and Cees are lovely people who welcome you very warmly upon your arrival.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Joost's place! Everything was present, both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms and bathroom. Joost always responded very quickly to messages which is very pleasant. He also lives next to the stay, so he can act quickly if you have a question or problem. Very friendly man!

Good space with all the trimmings. Nothing is missing in the kitchen and everything is thought of. With the Games, good beds and good spaces in the house, it is good to stay in the house with 6 people. The location is also top, in the middle of the woods so you can take a nice walk.

Had a super nice stay! We were away with a group of friends for a weekend, for which this house served perfectly. The cozy fireplace in the middle of the living room was very cozy. Quiet area so there was plenty of privacy. The house was neat and had enough stuff. We would definitely come back!

Spacious house, good kitchen and nice beds. The house was neat and clean upon arrival. The barn with sports and games is fantastic! In short, a nice stay; we have enjoyed it!

This beautiful cozy house has really all the comforts. The Easter decoration made it all the way. It is also wonderful to stay in the idyllic garden. You can use the various seats and around the house you have plenty of privacy. Ans and Sander are very sweet, hospitable people who are open to a chat. Kelpen-Oler is an excellent starting point for visiting the wine estates nearby (tip: Aldeneyck has a lovely terrace in addition to tasty wines). You can also take beautiful walks/bike rides in the area. Hidden gem for a well-deserved break: Tea garden the Tungelroyse stream. We greatly enjoyed it!

we spent a wonderful weekend with our children and grandchildren. Ledereen had a great time with the games in the separate room, the trampoline and the football field. There was nothing missing to host a large company and provide food. Very complete furnishings

We stayed at the property for three days with six people and one toddler (6 months). Everything worked out perfectly. Communication went smoothly. The place is great with great seating in the garden and on the deck. The amenities were perfect, nothing was missing. The location is nice and quiet, but you are also quickly in the city and can do a lot. The garden is the highlight of the accommodation. We will be back.

Slept with 6 people for a night. Nice fresh rolls can be ordered for breakfast. Great location and friendly staff.
