Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Fully equipped guest house with a beautiful garden and the option to use a hot tub. The stay is on the property of a former calf farm. There’s a nature reserve around the corner where you can also enjoy walking, cycling or mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, one (1) hot tub evening is included. Hot tub bookable for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a wall of built-in wardrobes and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside. Visits not permitted without prior notification.

Met 15 minuten per bus bent u in Eindhoven. Er is een koelsysteem aanwezig in de gehele woning door middel van een warmtepomp (vloerkoeling). De tuin is gelegen op het zuiden en biedt volop privacy. Een privé parkeerplaats is aanwezig en er kan gratis worden geladen indien u beschikt over een elektrisch voertuig.

Binnen is het licht en ruim, met een woonkamer, keuken en moderne badkamer. Boven vind je een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een kast vol boeken, plus extra bedden op de vide. Meer zin in stad? Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Our renovated "woonboerderij" (residential farm) dates from the 1850s. The large studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own private entrance via the large double doors. Renovated in August 2018, it consists of a large bedroom, a seating area, a small office corner, a kitchen corner with dining table and a spacious bathroom.
