Just a secret tiny house in the middle of the city, I often hear my guests say. The view of the garden, waking up with chirping birds, offers an oasis of peace in the, within walking distance, lively city. Shops, museums, restaurants, the industrial and cultural NRE site and trendy Strijp S, all facilities within easy reach. You will find a lot of greenery in the park with many exotic trees. Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

Chez Dominique - Independent Studio

Our renovated "woonboerderij" (residential farm) dates from the 1850s. The large studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own private entrance via the large double doors. Renovated in August 2018, it consists of a large bedroom, a seating area, a small office corner, a kitchen corner with dining table and a spacious bathroom.
