This fabulous and stylish 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located near the city centre of Eindhoven. The pool is open from April until September and closed from October until March. The pool has a special cover that heats up the water by the sun, it is not an electric heated pool. Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

This apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Eindhoven, there is plenty of space, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a private entrance from the street. Paid parking is available in front of the door, and there is free parking within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is very spacious and built around a patio, so there is plenty of daylight.

Chez Dominique - Independent Studio

Our renovated "woonboerderij" (residential farm) dates from the 1850s. The large studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own private entrance via the large double doors. Renovated in August 2018, it consists of a large bedroom, a seating area, a small office corner, a kitchen corner with dining table and a spacious bathroom.

The house is just a perfect place to stay for a couple or a family or even if it is just business that is bringing you here. It's located in the countryside, overlooking the wide fields all around the house and the golfcourse just right behind our garden.
