The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

The apartment was in perfect condition, the condominium staff was friendly, all more common areas were clean, you enjoy the fact that they do not allow speakers. I'd be happy to come back!

Excellent AirBnB with a gorgeous view. Love the area and location (definitely the peaceful and serene side of PV, but also close to a lot of great restaurants in Zona Romantica). The host is very responsive. There's a really nice bathtub in addition to a shower. Overall, no complaints here. The view is breathtaking - probably one of the best views in PV.

Our family had a great time at Icon Vallarta. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Some areas could do with a lick of paint but overall the apartment was perfect for our needs. Spacious, cool (from the good aircon), resort facilities and incredible view. If you head down to the beach in the early evening you will see the most incredible sunset. Even better with a margarita from the Icon bar.

The place as described in the publication, the hosts always pending, the house is very clean and that makes you feel at home, I would definitely go back to my family.

Oh my goodness, we can’t say enough about this special place. It was so spacious and had a spectacular view. The decorations in the house were amazing and the owners have brought in beautiful arts from all over Mexico and other countries. You have the whole floor to yourself, in fact it was so spacious that we joked that we kept getting lost. It was hard to leave this luxurious place to go and explore. The beach was perfect for swimming, never crowded and the grounds were kept immaculate. Only 6 units so it was never crowded like other condo rentals. A few minutes walk to all the action. There is some construction next door but the noise was only minimal. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves every night. If you are lucky enough to have this place available for your dates, don’t hesitate to book. We wished we could have stayed forever.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

Grand Venetian complex is very safe, clean and has lots to offer. The unit is basic, comfortable and meets one’s needs. The host and his team were very attentive. We totally recommend it.

SUPER recommended. The room is beautiful, it is small but it has everything. The attention to the inconveniences that were always pending and resolved perfectly. Definitely one of the best places I've been and of course I would go again. That if... it's a retired place from the antros area and so on but it's perfect for having peace and quiet throughout your stay. It is also retired from supermarkets but there are shops relatively close. 10/10 the place

First let me start by saying we have stayed in this condo building before so I knew I wanted to stay again. The one we booked before was takin so I found this one. Debra and Blanca were wonderful . Blanca had all of our food and drinks in the condo when we arrived. Quick check in and the vacation was ready to start. Book this place I promise you will not regret it. Beautiful condo with ocean front pools. Ty again Brenda for being so awesome at your job!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

What an incredible gem! The condo was perfect for our large group, in a great location with beach views and two separate pool areas.

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

The accommodation was for my brothers and everything was just as I said in the description, the view is beautiful and the location very convenient. Raúl always attentive. I recommend!

High-end accommodations with spectacular ocean views. Super clean and wonderful front desk staff. Pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Proximity to one restaurant was convenient when not eating in town. 15 minute walk to Zona Romantica and walking back requires some stamina. The only downsides are if you are particular about sheets, be aware the ones used on both beds are 100% polyester. We heard significant party music two nights out of the week we stayed—not coming from the building, but from others visiting the area.

The apartment was fantastic. More than enough space. Practically a private beach. Kids loved it. We'll be back!

The reviews are true! Sam's condo is amazing. You've seen the photos (wow!) so I won't bother describing the gorgeous views. We arranged transport from the airport, it was smooth and quick. Check in was simple and the groceries we ordered were waiting for us - we could relax right away. The restaurant staff including Juan Carlos and Saul took excellent care of us, and it was a blessing to have that convenience when we wanted it. Tasty food and drinks! Uber rides were never more than 5 minutes away and it's a quick trip into town. We also walked on the beach to town- very nice views. If you are into fishing I would highly recommend a trip with Sam's friends Roberto and Juan. So many fish, secluded beaches, and great snorkeling! His restaurant is also fantastic. Hanz and Nahim at concierge made our trip easy and were always available if we needed anything. I can't wait to come back! Thank you Sam and team for everything!

super nice apartment, with everything you need; it's just like the photos.. the day we arrived we found a basket with details like popcorn, mint sweets, tea etc.. we found it AMAZING. Yessica always attentive and super cute and friendly and the maintenance boys and staff of Tizate TIPAZOSSSSS.. Of course we would return.

My wife and I visited PV with our 2 year old son and stayed here for 9 nights the first week of April. The place was perfect! Agustin was great, he answered our questions quickly and allowed us to have a crib / toddler related things delivered by a local company before our arrival, which was super helpful. The apartment is located about 10-15 minutes by car (which we rented due to having our son with us) to downtown and about 40 minutes from the airport. Taxis / buses always right outside if you don't have a car. The apartment was super clean and had everything we would need for our stay, has amazing views of the ocean from the top floor, the AC worked great in both bedrooms and the living room when we used it, and the appliances in the kitchen / washer-dryer are all new and better than what we have at home! The beach is perfect for short walks / swims, and was mostly empty during our stay. The pool was also a nice treat and was heated. We can't wait to return. Thank you Agustin!
