Holiday rentals with a kayak in Nuevo Vallarta

The condo is lovely and even nicer than the photos. The view is incredible. You could see humpback whales from the patio! The pools are also gorgeous and the restaurant service is convenient. The drinks are reasonably priced. I would recommend paying daily (rather than charging to the room), the restaurant doesn’t keep track very well and we had a surprise bill on our way out from early in our stay - even though we tried to keep current. Nothing was improperly charged, but something to be mindful of. I would definitely stay again!

Wow!!! We just spent a week at the Orchid and it was amazing! Cinda's condo is beautiful - spotless, modern, and incredible views. The living room continues seamlessly into the outdoor patio, and we left the glass doors open almost continuously. The building is fabulous - everything you could need is right there. Rooftop patio and infinity pool is a great place to spend the day. The rooftop restaurant surprised me - the food was good, fresh and healthy, and reasonably priced. The staff is incredible - Hanz the concierge was available to help with anything we needed. And - the location could not be beat. This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and I can't stress how lovely this location was - on the beach, quiet and away from it all, yet only a 15-20 minute stroll to the Romantic Zone and more. We walked along the beach to dinner every night. No doubt we will be back - this is definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed! Thank you to Cinda and Hanz!

The apartment is located right next to the par three Vidanta’s golf course. The view is great and having access to Vidanta and Gran Mayan is a plus. A minor disappointment was lack of toiletries and kitchen basics such sugar, salt, napkins, cooking oil, extra toilet paper, drinking water. The front desk can send garrafons of water but for some reason, two times in 7 days they were out of them. The pool and gardens of “Balancan” are great. The front desk provides towels for the pool. It was relaxing to use the condo pool. There is a great selection of restaurants less than 10 mins from the apartment. Guillermo was of great help and very kind. The personnel at Balancan deserves also mention as all of them were helpful and polite. I would return.

Absolutely the most amazing views. We saw Whales, dolphins and a crocodile all from the balcony. Very safe feeling, security very friendly. Hope to go back.

Our favorite place to stay in PV! The condo is a great size with a double sized balcony providing an ocean view from the living space as well as the bedroom. You will love the view from the room! The hosts provide all you need to get started on vacation and are there on site to help with any questions. The condo is well stocked and furnishings are really comfortable. The infinity pool is perfect for watching the beach combers, paragliders, and fishermen. Restaurant, salon, massage, gym, pickleball courts, beautiful pools are all on site. There are grocery stores, restaurants, walking trails, shopping malls all within walking distance. We had the perfect vacation and look forward to another.

Nos encantó el complejo! Disfrutamos mucho estos días de vacaciones, solo hubo unos cuantos detalles que pudieran mejorar, el jacuzzi privado que está en el departamento tiene el agua helada por lo que no pudimos usarlo, había demasiadas hormiguitas por toda la cocina y comedor desde que llegamos incluso teniendo limpio y recogida la cocina. Y mencionar también que no se pueden bajar bebidas ni comida en el complejo, todo lo debes consumir en los restaurantes y bares del hotel, lo cual los precios son muy caros. También la distancia del departamento a la playa es muy lejos, aunque el camino es muy bello. Gracias a Rodrigo y su equipo por sus atenciones. Volveremos pronto!

El departamento es todo lo que está en la descripción, muy cómodo, sin ruido y privado, la pasamos muy bien, el complejo tiene varias amenidades que lo hacen valioso en viajes con niños. Aldo fue un gran host, siempre estuvo al pendiente del chat con inquietudes o preguntas, lo recomiendo mucho.

My husband and I stayed at Momo’s place for a week and the consensus is that we would definitely go back! Extremely well located, right in the heart of Zona Romantica. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, beach. Prior to booking, one thing I looked for was for reviews about the noise from the bars and clubs located a street away. My husband and I normally have trouble sleeping. While it’s true that the area can be noisy at night, especially during the weekends, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Once you close the doors you can’t hear a thing. Also, the bathrooms were spacious. The place was spotless and exactly as in the pictures. The balcony is great and it faces south so you don’t get the extreme sun making the place hot. In fact, we only turned on the AC in the living room once. While inside, we just kept the balcony door open and get some fresh air. The rooftop pool and jacuzzis are beautiful and clean. Great spot to socialize. Momo was very responsive to any inquiries.

This was our second visit and we love this place. We have children, so the access to the beach and pool right out your back door is great. The optional meal service is outstanding. The ladies are so accommodating, work to give you the best experience possible and are willing to tailor the meals to the needs of your party. It helps if you know some Spanish though. Xavier is always extremely prompt with responses and ensures you are taken care of. Thanks everyone!
