Monthly Rentals in Nungwi

Super close to the beach and restaurants, about a 5 minute walk to be exact. Everything was all good except the place does get super hot so some ac wouldn’t hurt but overall the place was a good stay, hosts are real nice as well 😎

Staying at Massiah’s villa was wonderful! She is not only an incredibly attentive and helpful host, but the grounds and the room were also exceptionally clean and had everything I needed for my short, yet truly lovely trip to Zanzibar. I definitely recommend her villa and this area to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to stay.

I did a booking on behalf of my wife and her friends for a few nights at the villa and boy where they blown away with everything when they arrived. They went as far as missing some of the activities just so they could soak in the ambience of the place. Its a very well put together villa with a perfect aesthetic. Habib on the other hand is a problem. He is too good at what he does and the makes him a very good problem to have in a foreign country. He was ontop of every from the day of reservation to the day of checkout. He helped me plan the whole trip and even advised on ways i didn't know about that helped me save money. He arranged to pick them up from the airport and had a driver take them around the kendwa area throughout thier stay for no extra charge. I went in looking for a host and ended up finding a friend. The staff was very polite and attentive to every need. I highly recommended the place because they will make you feel like you are a part of them. Thank you Habib.

We (four friends) stayed at Kiamboni House and we couldn’t be happier! The apartment has all the supplies one could need and felt very clean and fresh. It’s not too big, but in a place like Nungwi you really don’t want to spend too much time inside anyways. Both Ashraki and Tito were extremely helpful with everything and answered quickly and gave us good recommendations. The apartment is located in an area that feels a bit rural, but just 20 metres from the gate you’ll find a bigger street with lots of tourists. The neighborhood was so nice and safe, we never felt unsafe walking in the dark and everyone we met were so nice and gladly helped us finding our way. We are so happy we chose to stay at Kiamboni rather than a larger resort, the place was clean, safe and we felt more like a part of the city!
