Es verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich, sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Sie wohnen ruhig und doch zentral im Süden Nürnbergs (Katzwang), mit eigener Terrasse und Gartenanteil. Egal ob sie zur Messe, zum Sightseeing in die Altstadt oder zum erholen ins fränkischen Seenland möchten, erreichen Sie alles bequem innerhalb von 20 Minuten.

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Cozy apartment (1 room) on the upper floor of our annex for a break in the countryside. Very conveniently located. Nuremberg can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.

If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful getaway, this is the perfect place. 2 cozy bedrooms with queen-size beds as well as a living area with sofa bed invite up to 6 people to a cozy vacation. Due to its location, the apartment offers easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, horseback riding and exploring the countryside.

The very bright and newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and stores for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The subway stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by subway and the exhibition center is 12 minutes away.

Our rural holiday home, built in 2017, with two modern apartments is located in a wonderfully quiet location in beautiful Franconia at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. The apartments are equipped with everything to provide you with a cozy and relaxing stay. The property is completely fenced and has a covered barbecue area with charcoal barbecue.

From our centrally located accommodation, you can reach all the important places in no time. Gustavstraße - with its unique charm - is right in front of the door. The Rathaus U-Bahn station is a 3-minute walk away and you can also reach the countryside in 5 minutes. Parking is not included!!! Beautiful apartment in the countryside and very quiet location, overlooking the Altenburg in Bamberg. The apartment can accommodate 2 people or a family with 2 children.
