In the small wooden house surrounded by half-timbered houses in the quiet village center, you can relax and enjoy the nature of nearby Franconian Switzerland. The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Wellness and 22 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair

The highlight of our 73 sqm non-smoking apartment is the wellness bath with sauna, whirlpool and massage shower. You will enjoy the idyllic location at the foot of Moritzberg. Nevertheless, you can reach in about 7 minutes to the Nuremberg-East highway junction or in about 20 minutes to Nuremberg city center. A fully equipped kitchen, a living area with 55-inch UHD smart TV and two separate bedrooms are also part of the apartment on the first floor. Two parking spaces and Internet are included.

Tiny house with its own sauna 🌲surrounded by nature

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

In-law apartment as a trade fair district + for vacationers

Die Souterrain-Wohnung mit separatem Eingang ist Bestandteil eines großzügigen Einfamilienhauses auf 2.000 qm parkähnlichem Grund. Diele mit Food-Block, Schlafzimmer, Dusche mit Sauna, separates WC und eine kleine Terrasse bilden die moderne Unterkunft. Winkelhaid liegt 3 km östlich von Nürnbergs Stadtgrenze und 6 km westlich vom historischen Altdorf b. Nürnberg. Messequartier: Die Nürnberg Messe ist 20 entspannte Autominuten entfernt und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

The vacation cottage "Auszeit" (time out), which we have lovingly renovated, is ideal for couples who want to spend undisturbed hours together. On the huge terrace with a beautiful view, barbecue and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden you can relax and forget the world. We have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former holiday settlement and offers a lot of privacy.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with direct access to the forest. Our vacation home is located directly in the Franconian lake district near Lake Altmühlsee and Lake Brombachsee. It has a sauna with steam, bio sauna or Finnish sauna to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you don't want to cook yourself, you can book a chef to prepare your meals. In the winter, a cozy tiled stove is also available for your use. The house has 2 floors.

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Public transport is rather difficult

Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

Our 65 sqm apartment for 1 - 4 people (2 person sofa bed) is located in a well-kept detached house, in a beautiful location. Ideal for trade fair visitors, assembly workers or business travelers! Franconian culinary delicacies or nearby breweries offer various inns/guest houses in the immediate vicinity or surroundings in Hersbruck Switzerland or Franconian Switzerland. The Happurger reservoir is also very nice.
