The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.

Welcome to Søndergade 33 – a townhouse from 1811 right by the square and the church in Ærøskøbing. Walking distance to everything in town – ferry, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. You have the house to yourselves and can use everything in the house. There's no TV. Free Wi-Fi. NOTE: From 1 June to 1 September, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and with no time limit.
