Housing on a natural plot

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Ideal for the family with 2-3 children or 1-2 couples who may have a few guests for a grilled eggplant or a gin/tonic (with the following risk of an extra bed)

Partly covered terrace with lounge furniture and large gas grill. 3 bedrooms with good Nocturne beds (180x200 cm.). Large living room on the 1st floor with balcony. Large bathroom with shower and small guest toilet with washing machine. Open kitchen/family room with wood-burning stove and garden doors out to the terrace. Swimming pool and tennis courts open from April 1st - October 15th. CAN ONLY BE BOOKED BY PERSONS OVER 24 years old.

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, an old cottage area with large natural areas. Located near Martinus center. The sea is about 150 meters from the home. There is a nice, unspoiled garden. We have room for 6 guests and pets are welcome. There is what you usually need, including new TV and lightning-fast internet (1000/1000 Mbit), with WiFi. Many good eateries, forests and beaches and various bathing beaches.

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.
