Nous mettons à votre disposition ce F2 (accès piscine 15 mai - 10 juillet et en septembre) situé au rez-de-chaussée de notre résidence principale. Disposant d'un espace extérieur ombragé en été et d'une cuisine équipée. Cet appartement se situe à moins de 5 minutes en voiture et 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville où vous pourrez profiter chaque jeudi matin du marché. si vous venez avec un bébé du matériel pourra être mis à votre disposition (lit parapluie, chaise haute, transat, poussette, ...).

Ideally located a 2-minute walk from local shops (grocery store, bakery, post office, restaurant). In June, July, August and September you can enjoy a shared (unheated) swimming pool.

À Goult, maison de village organique privatisée, imaginée par un antiquaire-architecte. Un lieu vivant, mêlant matières, pièces anciennes et charme authentique. Accès à la piscine et au jardin du propriétaire, partagés avec cinq autre logements paisibles. Une expérience intime au cœur du village. La maison n’est pas accessible en voiture. Vous pourrez vous garer sur le parking public gratuit de la place du village ou juste autour, à une minute à pied.

The property is surrounded by nature on a plot of 8,000 m² with a meadow, an olive grove, a swimming pool (8 x 4 m), two large terraces... in a paradise of diversity. The house is bright and fully equipped NB: In the "via a drone" photos, the circular pool has since been replaced by an 8 m x 4 m DESJOYAUX pool and a large 36 m² terrace overlooking the garden NB: Noisy parties strictly prohibited!

Quiet 15-minute walk to Nyons Old Town. Studio 30 m2 air-conditioned independent on the ground floor of a villa. - equipped kitchenette (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee makers, dishes, toaster...) - 160 double bed (quality bedding) - bathroom: shower cabin, sink, toilet. Set in the centre of town, this 4 storey house is located opposite the Église Saint Vincent and beside the local Tearoom. Set between Place des arcades and rue des Déportés with all their bars and restaurants. It is also very close to the listed Pont Roman and the River Eygues . The weekly Market is held every Thursday throughout the year (and also on a Sunday from May to September). Try the Nyons Olives!
