October and November are the seasons to enjoy the autumn foliage and the tranquillity of Shinshu. This is a private rental accommodation in a renovated 45-year-old wooden house located in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. We are renovating it to make it comfortable for modern people to use, while maintaining the good points of an old house. It features a space where old and new materials coexist and you can feel the natural environment, including the garden. Even large groups can use it comfortably. We hope you can relax and use it as a base for sightseeing in Hokuriku and climbing the Northern Alps. There is a monitor, so it is also recommended for workations. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
