It is a duplex, spread over two floors of about 80 m2 each, partially renovated this same year, located on the first floor of a large private house. Rooms are spacious and bright, with street or backyard views, except bathrooms. House located in a central area of O Grove, although the neighborhood is quite quiet. 5 min walk from any walking, shopping and leisure area. Opposite bus station, marina and beach.

Small seaside house on the front lines with an exclusive view of the Ria de Pontevedra. Very quiet area where we can hardly hear the boats that go out and in which the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom at the top from which you can see the sea.
