Zule`s place

Barrio de Santo Tomás Xochimilco, known as Xochimilco, was founded in 1486 by mexicas soldiers, it´s name means "place of flowers" since it is located on the skirts of Cerro del Fortin where azucenas (traditional local flower) grew in bunches. This is a colonial and traditional place. Walking along it´s streets is a pleasure and walking to the zocalo from here, a 15 to 20 min. will take you to many places of interest, for those who enjoy nature, cerro del fortin is 5 min. away from the house.

I Love Jalatlaco - Cozy Hideaway

The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.

Enjoy this beautiful and bright studio, just 100 meters from one of the best surfing beaches in the world. Walking takes you 15 minutes to get to the famous Calle del Morro or La Punta, the 2 areas of bars and restaurants with local and international cuisine, ideal for a romantic getaway. If you want to swim on a beautiful beach, you will need to travel by car, it will take you only 10 minutes. Consider that the internet at home is basic. It may not be enough for video conferencing.

A few steep hills involved, hence the views..! Access to private deck and rooftop. Perfect for nature lovers and artists but if you want a downtown location, this isn’t the place.

Spectacular view of Puerto Ángel Bay, pool, sunbathing area, garden and internet. The bungalow has a double bed, air conditioning, a minibar and a full bathroom. Excellent location, a 5-minute walk to the beach. It has covered parking for one vehicle, located at the lower part of the property, at street level. To access the bungalow, pool and garden, you need to walk up the stairs.
