Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Auch die Lage lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig, mit Restaurants sowie den Freizeitzentrum, Naturbadeteich, Kletterturm, Fußball- und Tennisplatz sowie Schießarena, in Gehweite. Außerdem ist auch das Schigebiet Heiligenblut am Großglockner in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Nach einem langen Schitag kann man perfekt in der Infrarotkabine entspannen.

Die modern ausgestattete 80 m2 Wohnung, mit Blick auf die Lienzer Dolomiten für max. 6 Personen befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend ca. 5 km von Lienz entfernt. Div. Geschäfte, Kinderspielplätze und ein beleuchteter Fuß - und Radweg, sind in ca.10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Skigebiete, Golfplatz, Outdoorpark, Tristachersee , Nationalpark, sind ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
