The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room, which invites you to cook and linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. The apartment is on the 2. floor and measures 34 square meters. The spacious living room and bedroom are combined, and the kitchen has a work area with all the necessary utensils and a dining area. The small bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. Wi-Fi and a TV are available. Smoking is not permitted.

The manor apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. The original doors have been lovingly refurbished. Spacious rooms tell of a time when the landowners used these rooms.

In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
