If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Gutshof Doberschau - Manor Apartment

The manor apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. The original doors have been lovingly refurbished. Spacious rooms tell of a time when the landowners used these rooms.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Apartment on the upper floor of the single-family home, quiet location, large terrace with great views for relaxing. Opportunities for activities in Sebnitz, such as a sports and leisure center (about 1 km), outdoor swimming pools, herbal spa, prehistoric park, house of the German artificial flower, African museum, etc. Popular starting point for hikes (also guided possible) or cycling trips to Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland. Good shopping, Dresden 50 km, Pirna 36 km away

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Friendly 50 m² apartment

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen, bedroom and shower and toilet awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for infants is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder Mühle, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous Malerweg leads right past. Ideal for excursions to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.
