Our vacation home is a listed half-timbered house from the 18th century. century and was renovated with a lot of love. It is located in picturesque Königsberg, surrounded by half-timbered houses and vineyards. In our garden you can relax wonderfully, have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, sit together in the evening and taste the fine wine of the region. The whole garden thrives on a Provencal charisma. The property was formerly the residence of the chemist and industrialist Dr. Auguste Kirchner.

Unser schönes Landhaus hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer über 2 Etagen. Auf ca 190 qm gibt es 2 Bäder, eine große Küche mit Terrasse und Lounge Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Kaminzimmer und Sauna. Im Aussenbereich findet ihr einen 1500qm Garten mit Fußballtoren, kleinem Basketballcourt und einen 11m Pool ( Juni - Sep). Die überdachte Aussenterrasse und BBQ Grill laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Leider hat der Pool keine Sicherheitsabdeckung und aus diesem Grund ist die Villa nur fuer Schwimmer geeignet

Wir freuen uns auf Sie! Wer in Jena fußläufig eine besonders individuelle und großzüge Unterkunft sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig. Unser Gästehaus befindet sich im Westviertel Jenas. Sie können direkt von der Haustür mit dem Bus in die City fahren oder in 15 Minuten das Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen. Das Wohnviertel ist schön ruhig und nah am Wald gelegen. Einkaufen können Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft. Wir empfangen Sie persönlich bei Ankunft und freuen uns auf Sie!

My place is close to extensive forest hiking routes in Hessian Switzerland, the feel-good restaurant Leib & Seele, recreational lakes, and a thermal bathhouse. The accommodation is an oasis of tranquility with gardens and a barrel sauna. Lovingly and individually designed rooms. Spacious common rooms and balconies with views of valleys and forest hills. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and groups (12 - 14 people).
