Travelers to Berlin, artists will love the excellent acoustics, audio equipment (Nord Stage, Genelec, ...), and the awesome grand piano. This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

(Bahnhof wird zur Zeit umgebaut bis April) Ganz stressfrei mit der Bahn. Wander- und Radfahrwege, kilometerlang und gut ausgeschrieben laden zum Erkunden der Umgebung ein. Der große, noch recht wilde Garten mit einladender Terasse und großer Markise laden zum Entspannen ein. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen.

The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
