In addition to the balcony with a view of the Hochgrat, the idyllic garden can be used without restriction. There is plenty of space here to relax, unwind and have fun with the children. In addition, the playground and outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance. There is also a parking space right in front of the house.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment welcomes you in the magnificent Westallgäu between Lake Constance and Alpenland. The apartment stretches over 100m² with a large, wraparound balcony with a magnificent mountain view of the high ridge and the Nagelfluhkette. We can accommodate up to 7 adults + baby + dog. There are two comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped, cozy kitchen-living room.
