Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Fantastic apartment in Oberreute

The apartment welcomes you in the magnificent Westallgäu between Lake Constance and Alpenland. The apartment stretches over 100m² with a large, wraparound balcony with a magnificent mountain view of the high ridge and the Nagelfluhkette. We can accommodate up to 7 adults + baby + dog. There are two comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped, cozy kitchen-living room.

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors. A balcony and terrace with barbecue are also included. Hasenried is located in the beautiful, hilly Allgäu. The hiking trails start right at the house. In this centrally located apartment, right in the middle of Oberreute, you are very close to the outdoor pool, You can do your shopping in a small village shop in the village and enjoy the numerous cross-country ski trails in winter. In summer, Oberreute is perfect for hiking with the whole family.
