The apartment has a bedroom, guest rooms for 2 additional guests, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a guest toilet with a shower, a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can barbecue and enjoy the sun on the large southeast-facing terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. A fire pit with firewood, a swivel grill and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

Haus Hermann - A Moment of Nature

Haus Hermann is a lovingly modernised holiday home in a contemporary country house style, located at the foot of the Westerwald. Bright, welcoming rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy atmosphere make it ideal for families, hikers and cyclists. The accommodation is centrally located in the village on the main street. Shops, bakeries and restaurants can be found in the nearby village, which is about a 5–8-minute drive away. Terrace currently usable on a provisional basis. 🌿

Lots of space (300qm) in Weilburg

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Cottage at the Holzbach Gorge

Our small cozy wooden house is located in a vacation home village right by the Holzbach Gorge on the Westerwaldsteig. Enjoy the tranquility and nature of the beautiful Westerwald. The cottage is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours and is close to a swimming lake (Secker Weiher). With up to 4 people, you will stay alone in the house. The garden is also intended for your own use. Arrival without a car is not possible. !! No rental to companies!!

In the stables – side by side with chickens and horses

'IM HORSE STABLE' is on the ground floor of the barn of the mill estate. It used to be a stable. (Take a look at my other apartment 'barn loft' too). The room has low ceilings and small rung windows. The space is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.

We rent a beautiful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. With its high-quality facilities and a number of extras, such as an infrared cabin, a wood-burning stove, a sauna on the terrace with an outdoor shower, a large terrace with a view of the forest, and much more, our holiday home is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.
