Built in 1963 by my grandparents, we have revived the old part of the bungalow in the charm of the 60s and converted it into a spacious guest house for 2-3 people. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, this is the perfect starting point for hikes in the beautiful Siegerland, for excursions in the region, e.g. e.g. to Freudenberg, Siegen or Biggesee. 'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
