Location: Gastro: 1 min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1.1 km, Elbe 100 m, tram 100 m, supermarket 100 m. The apartment is on the top floor. Unfortunately, we don't have an elevator yet.

Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

You sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a cozy box-spring couch (permanent sleeper). End the day with a glass of wine on your balcony. A private parking space in the backyard belongs to the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the Pieschen district with a supermarket, kebab shop, bakery, butcher, etc.
