Guest rooms in the idyllic village invite you to linger, enjoy doing nothing and just relax. Kleinrössen is located about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also not too far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach by regional train. It is also an attractive tour by bicycle (XXX/KR), for example via the Elbe cycle path. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good bike paths, lakes and the Schwarze Elster; in short: pure nature.

Use it as your starting point for all discoveries around the Spreewald. The boat departure points, boat rentals, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. A car park and storage facilities for your bicycles are available on site. Upon request, there is a 20% discount for the Spreeweltenbad!

Vacation home on the Elbe bike path

Relax in our apartment, which is located in a three-sided courtyard directly on the bike path between Dresden, Radebeul and Meissen. In the old village center of Gohlis you can observe, smell and hear village life. A nice children's playground is in the immediate vicinity. In the courtyard you will find various seating areas. An old, but disused, fireplace gives the living area something special. 2 extra beds are possible in the apartment.

Vacation home in the Spreewald

Our apartment is located in the outer area, about 5 km from the town center. It offers a large living-dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom with large corner bathtub and shower head. The apartment has underfloor heating and controlled living space ventilation (no air conditioning). The kitchen is equipped, bed linen and towels are also provided. Gastronomy, paddle boat rental, ferry port, mini golf and bus stop are about 600 m away

Cottage in Lübbenau/ Spreewald

The small cottage is located on a quiet courtyard in the old town of Lübbenau, surrounded by historical buildings that are over 200 years old. Cafés, restaurants, paddle boat rentals, bike rentals, boat ferries and shopping are just a few minutes' walk away. The Spreewald is a unique landscape and invites you to enjoy and unwind, but Lübbenau is also ideal for sporting activities and culture. A tourist tax will be charged.

Near Tropical Island Our cozy cottage with garden is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the city center and ferry port in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. Located directly on the bike and hiking trail, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and day trips from here.

Perfect bed & bike between Spreewald & Dresden

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!

The vacation home has a large living room with a built-in kitchen, dining area and access to the terrace. On the first floor, there is also the wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a beautiful and bright bedroom and a bathroom with tub. In the attic there is the second modern bedroom, which can be used for a booking for 2 people with prior arrangement for an extra charge of €20.
