Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Located in the middle of the picturesque Danube floodplains and only a few hundred meters from the idyllic Danube oxbow, a wonderful break awaits you in the charming Tiny House. This small but fine refuge offers you the perfect opportunity to escape everyday life and fully enjoy nature. The spacious garden, which is available for your own use, invites you to relax. Here you will find peace and quiet in the midst of a breathtaking landscape.

38 bright and cozy square meters with private entrance, protected garden area, sauna, table tennis, hiking in the Gänsgraben to Heidenstatt ... Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. This small apartment next to the school and the church in Mühlbach is a wonderful starting point for excursions of all kinds in our beautiful area. Nature and tranquility, wine and wine culture – depending on the season and schedule, both the municipality and excursion destinations in the nearby area (e.g. Kamptal, Grafenegg, Eggenburg) have a lot to offer. Or nothing – if you prefer that. ;-)

Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!

Garden paradise in the Weinviertel

The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!

The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and privacy is of great importance. Free parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the property. To unload the pastries, you can of course stop right in front of the property. I'd love to answer any questions or suggestions you might have.
