Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Very spacious terraced house with garden, very quiet. Private parking space. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by car in 2 minutes (900 meters). By S-Bahn S1, you are in 23 minutes in Frankfurt. It is 800 m to Edeka with a bakery and 1 km to Rossmann. There are some restaurants in the area and plenty of greenery to go for a walk. The Monte Mare adventure pool with a large sauna is 4 km away.

Also ideal for passengers due to the proximity to the airport. Vehicle can also be parked on the side of the road for several days.

The apartment is centrally located: The city center with pedestrian zones and bus station, as well as nature are all within walking distance (each only 300 m). The transport connection to Frankfurt City and the airport is excellent. And since the apartment is in a house with thick walls, it is pleasantly tempered, even when it is really hot outside.
