By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

If you want to enjoy absolute peace, this is the place to be! Hiking trails, bike trails, and various attractions are very close. Among other things, alpaca hikes are possible directly in the village. Just ask us about excursion destinations and we will be happy to help you. Pets are not allowed.

Hello dear guests, the apartment is on the ground floor in the beautiful Rhönblick district of Bettenhausen. You have your own privacy and fully equipped apartments with towels and sanitary needs. There is also a large garden, parking in front of the house and more in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen is additionally equipped with the basic spices as well as sugar, vinegar and oil, coffee, tea and a regional wellness drink. We look forward to your stay.

Elderflower House

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Vacation home "Casa Lore"

In the 2-story accommodation, the bathroom, a bedroom, and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor. Upstairs are another bedroom and the living room. The quiet garden invites you to linger and relax. Two sun loungers are also available in summer. Feel free to use the organic herbs and vegetables from the in-house greenhouse. Frankenheim/Rhön is the ideal starting point for both city and nature excursions.

The shopping market is only 50 meters away, quietly located. Direct connection to cycling and hiking trails. The swimming pool is 250 meters away. Parking right outside the door.

Rhöner barn apartment

Enjoy nature and tranquility in our lovingly prepared and renovated barn apartment in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve. You have the barn to yourselves, like a detached house. There is also storage for bicycles and a bee meadow garden for sitting outside. To do this, you have to walk around the barn once. Great hikes or mountain bike tours from the barn are possible.

Modern and stylish Rhön home (80 m²)

The apartment (approx. 80 square meters) was completely renovated in 2017 and equipped to a high standard. It is centrally located in the Rhön municipality of Hilders. It is an attic apartment that connects to my parents' residential and commercial building. The first floor as well as the second floor are connected by an open staircase to the attic apartment.
