With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. This beautiful mansion in the heart of Germany offers spacious accommodation for family & friends. It is perfectly central, just 5 minutes from the A38. With its own park, an idyllic private lake behind the courtyard, play areas for children and a spacious kitchen with living room, it is the ideal retreat. The property offers 5 (up to 6+) individually furnished rooms + 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor, as well as a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a billiards room and a separate WC on the ground floor.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.
