The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The property offers 5 (up to 6+) individually furnished rooms + 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor, as well as a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a billiards room and a separate WC on the ground floor.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). It was built in 1906 from a simple one that had existed since 1804 vineyard house to a so-called "Swiss house" with large slate roof and pergola. The special feature is the view in all directions of the Cultural landscape of the Unstrut Valley: to Neuenburg Castle, to the Unstrut, to the Zscheiplitz Monastery or across the fields.

You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
