F2 apartment with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Quiet place. Pavillon Bleu Keys handed over on site. Open for rent year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra on request). Contact me for several weeks to unblock the dates. (always with arrival and departure on Saturdays.)

The beach at the bottom of the building is a real plus! Linen provided FREE OF CHARGE, PARKING, WIFI Not to mention the sea view... 4th and top floor, no one above!!! The 27 m2 apartment plus the terrace, first line facing the sea, LIFT separate bedroom double bed 140 by 190, bathroom, separate toilet, living room with equipped kitchenette, terrace with sea view Private parking with automatic barrier, bike room, I do not guarantee its safety. 5 minutes' walk: Thalasso, city centre.
