Our beautiful view includes canal, marshland, wildlife and direct sunset view over the bay. There are 2 kayaks to use and we have an available boat slip that’s assigned to our unit. We’re about a 7 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to the grocery store, coffee shop and some great restaurants in the area: Liquid Assets, Blue Fish, Kirby’s, Lombardi’s, Layton’s and Bull on the beach. It’s a wonderful location full of lively people & very quiet on the water out back. The best of both worlds!!
