Arena's place was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood next to the beach. The apartment was fully functional. There was a little balcony that we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. The bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable. They each had a firm queen bed with quality bedding as well as excellent AC and fans. The living area, kitchen and bathroom were adequate but not posh. Those rooms could use some updating, though this was not our priority. We felt fortunate to find this apartment at a reasonable price given the perfect location. Arenas was all we hope for in a host: responsive, professional and friendly. We would stay here again.

wonderful experience! Jose's place is spacious, clean and in a great, safe location. very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. it is highly recommended! Jose was also kind enough to allow a late check out due to our flight being late at night. no complains, very happy with the stay and experience!

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment! Even better than pictured. It's the ideal location to sight see. Very walkable to everywhere. Beautiful terrace to people watch and enjoy your morning coffee. Perfect stay!

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

This is the second time staying at Jose's place and we are always happy with it. Location is great for Ubering to old san juan, and La Placita at night. Parking is great, he has everything you need with private entrance, you feel safe, and place is always clean. If you are planning on staying here don't think twice just book. Price is great and Location is great.

I definitely recommend staying here when in the San Juan area! The place was cute and well kept. Also very close to viejo/old San Juan. It was in a residential area but it was quiet, we always felt safe, and had a parking spot off the street. Definitely follow the address/coordinates given to you instead of typing in the address in a Maps application. It's spacious enough for two people. One thing to consider is that the place has stairs, which is difficult when getting luggage inside. Regardless, I would stay again! Steven was also super responsive and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

Hernans place was perfect for us as we visited San Juan. They always say location, location, location. And for this it was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The Airbnb was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We would stay again.

The location was very convenient and it was nice to have two bathrooms (one quite spacious and the other smaller). AC kept the place quite cool but we were comfortable with open windows and fans--it was humid but that's Puerto Rico! The kitchen had everything we needed and we put the coffeemaker and coffee to good use. The balcony and rooftop were very nice. The place met our needs well!

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

Manuel was really communicative with us and the house was fabulous. We loved hanging out on the deck and eating dinner while watching the sunset. We saw parrots from the deck too. The location is fabulous. Very close to the airport but tucked into a neighborhood. Great air conditioner. We would stay here again. Thanks Manuel!

This rental is perfect for exploring Old San Juan. On a quieter street so you can get some rest but walkable to everything you can imagine. It was perfect for what we needed.

This was my first time using an Air BnB and it was perfect. Great location, loved listening to the coqui and roosters in the morning. Easily accessible to so many different places we went to.

This was such a great place to stay, felt right at home. When I come back to pr I would definitely book this place to stay again. Everything was just like the pictures. Great location right next to the airport. Short drive or uber ride to main areas. I liked how they had a cooler and beach chairs. Overall I had a great stay here.

This is my second time staying at Amy's Airbnb and honestly it was once again a pleasure to stay in such a great location, the place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and makes you feel like home. We had an amazing time. Location was close enough we could scooter to old San Juan but far enough from all the noise and could relax in the evening. Would definitely consider coming back!

we had such an amazing time and the location was perfect. only a scooter ride or short walk away for the beach, old San Juan, ubers are super easy to get as well. beautiful view of ocean waves and fort. perfect view of sunrise out the balcony. we loved how close we were to the pool and most times we had it almost to ourselves. Wandy was easy to communicate with. Accommodating early check in and late check out. can't thank you enough for making my husband's 40th birthday trip a huge hit.

Awesome peaceful place to stay in San Juan 10/10 recommend

Nice place ! The gate with the lock is kinda tricky to lock back up so going in and out could be annoying. But I felt safe for the most part very quiet. But nice place & we slept comfortably!

The location is great, and the apartment has a beautiful view of the ocean. The place itself was smaller than I anticipated but it was ok for our family of four one night stay. The place had a lot of amenities like ironing board, coffee machine and mini fridge. The place was clean. I lived that there were 2 pillows per person and extra blankets. My teenage kids enjoyed the balcony a lot. It is very small but the view is great. The condo doesn't have parking but a few min away at Normandy hotel there is cheap parking ($7/day) which was great for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The building was nice and the security was very helpful! Location is unbeatable. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Located a short block from the beach. The assigned parking spot is a bit tight but will fit a small SUV. There is a partial ocean view from the condo which was nice! The pool is open until 9pm which was later than most buildings in the area. The host provided a cooler and beach towels which was appreciated! We will be back for sure!
