Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ocean Park, Santurce

I rented the place for some colleagues who live on the west coast of the island that needed to be in the San Juan area for work. The home was beautiful, everything was perfect. Found the house clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend this gem for group of friends who are traveling. The location is great and it had everything they could possibly need close by. Would definitely recommend as a short term rental and will book again when possible. Thank you!!! Cheers!

Amazing stay. The place was beautiful! Very comfortable. Will book again! The jets on the hot tub however did not work ( unless I didn’t know how to work it lol) overall very nice place. One thing I’d like to point out which was a little unusual was that the place was unlocked upon arrival. Might’ve been cleaning but still. Either way my cousin & I really enjoyed our stay here!

It is a beautiful property and worth the price. It is a bit tricky to get to the property as there are 2 gates, but it is definitely worth the security and peace of mind while staying there. She was very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.

First time in Puerto Rico and will come back to Marisols home when we return! Had 7 adults and had more than enough space. Spent every morning in the pool and one day spent all day there. Best air bnb I’ve stayed at by far

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Stayed for a weekend with girlfriend as a Valentines Day trip. Spot was very quaint, clean, and closed off with gate and privacy fence for hot tub. Location is only 20 minutes away from San Juan. Plenty of local food spots and businesses within the area. Felt secure and safe with gate. David was responsive with any questions or issues within a timely manner. Would definitely come back here using this place!

Dolores was very helpful with any questions I had. She also had a list of helpful tips without me asking. She was always responsive to my concerns. She also allowed me to check in earlier than my time. However, the location was hard to locate on the gps even after using a pin location instead of the actual address. Despite the construction and potholes in the area, it was a nice peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

We had such a nice peaceful week. The house was so nice, great a/c, plush towels, good water pressure, comfortable beds and sofa. Peace of mind knowing there’s back up electricity by solar & batteries. Loved the deck used it in the early mornings to do my exercise. Washer & dryer is a great bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with even an ice maker. When Kelvin came to help with our flat tire other neighbors joined in to help too. Very quiet neighborhood!!! We will definitely be back!!!

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

The place was very homey and had everything we could have needed! Only issue was the scarce hot water and the finicky lock on the door. However the location was great, right next door was a market and plenty of places to eat. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay with a beautiful rooftop terrace this is the place for you.

Bren and Toby were the nicest and friendliest hosts! Their space was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s a little small, but the backyard space made up for that. Very beautiful, and a nice place to unwind. Location was safe and walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. We even had beach gear available for use from our wonderful host. Bren and Toby gave us tons of recommendations on things to do close to our BNB and farther out with a quick uber ride. All recommendations were superb! Highly recommend their bnb for a visit to Puerto Rico, especially if it’s your first time.

We had a wonderful stay here. Very close to restaurants and beaches. Just a short Uber drive to airport or old San Juan. Host very responsive to any needs. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

We were a group of 9, and stayed in apartments 301 & 302, for a week. Both apartments were as described in the listings. Kitchen counters are a bit tight if you plan on utilizing the space for more than just breakfast. The various layers of security, like locked gates to the parking areas, locked main door to the apartment building, and locks on the individual apartments are nice but a bit cumbersome at times. Overall, a good experience.

Perfect home base to explore PR, both in comfort of the accommodations and location. The space is bigger than the pictures, with a fully equipped kitchen, beach supplies and toiletries. The space is beautiful and walkable to shopping, great food, groceries, and the beach. Parking was easy and the neighborhood feels safe. Eileen is very helpful with recommendations and thorough check in instructions made it smooth. Zero ways it could be better- absolute perfection!

Eddie, his wife, and son-in-law were amazing! We got lost pretty late at night and Eddie/his son-in-law did an amazing job guiding us to the Airbnb! Eddie gave us great recommendation and the little store they owned near by was awesome! Thank you so much for getting my daughter a birthday cake and balloons! The cake was not only thoughtful, but delicious! We enjoyed the hammocks and the place was spotless. The shower was hot for all three showers and it was just so comfortable. We also enjoyed the arcade games! Absolutely will stay again and sharing with everyone we know!

If you’re on the fence - book Moon’s place! At night, you can sleep to the sound of the waves, there is a quiet stretch of beach to lounge on during the day, there are so many restaurants and shops in walking distance, and Moon provides everything you could need in the condo. It was a perfect stay!

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

The state was very nice. It was a great location for two very nice beaches within two minutes walking distance on each side. We had a great time. Enjoyed the view.

Booked last minute to meet family for Spring Break! Paul was very responsive, provided recommendations and the place was really nice and looked just like the photos. Would def book again!

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

Outstanding stay. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. Host was very helpful at answering questions and providing us recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved the views we had from the condo and location was great. We were able to walk around Ashford Ave and find some nice restaurants. Old San Juan was also a super short drive away.

My friends and I loved our stay at this Air BnB for spring break! Eric was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. It looked just like the photos, and the easy pool and beach access was a plus. The only snag was losing power for a day, but this wasn’t the Air BnB’s fault, it happens somewhat often in PR. Highly recommend!
