Waterfront holiday rentals in Ocean Park, Santurce

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

I visited Puerto Rico for a week and I feel incredibly grateful I was able to stay in this airbnb. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone. It is so close to everything and the beach is steps away. I absolutely loved my stay and I would 100% book again!

A very nice, clean place to stay in a good location close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Communication was very good and responsive. Getting the keys was a little tricky as numerous lock boxes looked the same especially at night but it worked out fine

This place was AMAZING. The pictures are exactly what you are getting. You are steps away from the beach and walking distance to many local dive bars and restaurants. Whether you are traveling with little kids or all adults, this place is for your. Zel and Carlos were great with communication and were eager to answer any questions. We had a rental car and parking was great and secured. No worry about your stuff being messed with. Definitely we plan to come back to PR and will be booking again with Zel and Carlos.

My accommodations in Puerto Rico, were PREFECT‼️ Maria T answered all of my messages and better than a timely fashion. If you’re looking for a great location, this is the Airbnb for you! It’s literally across the street from the beach if you open the terrace screen doors, you can hear the waves of the ocean to put you to sleep. No reason for a rental car unless you would like to tour the island because you’re literally in walking distance to everything that you would need. Besides having an Airbnb, that is incredibly well stocked to meet all your needs. This was my first time I ever used an Airbnb my first time ever in Puerto Rico, but I know I will be utilizing this Airbnb again. Everything was perfect no exaggeration.

Ligia was remarkable! Super responsive and incredibly sweet. We had to ship something through Amazon primary to arrival, and she was so helpful.

Book this Airbnb right now, you will NOT regret it! Victor’s place was breathtakingly beautiful, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and in a great location. The views of the lagoon and the ocean were incredible from the living room, bedroom, and the patio at all hours of the day. As if his place wasn’t amazing enough, Victor was also a superb host. His communication, kindness, and attentiveness was wonderful. Plus, when the entire island of Puerto Rico experienced a power outage, Victor went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including recommendations of nearby restaurants that were still open. We loved our stay in Puerto Rico, thanks in part to our choice to stay at Victor’s!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! Our Host was very accommodating with a late check out after an early flight and rental car. House was beautiful and spotlessly clean!

Great place for a couple to stay. Right down the street from a beautiful beach. Access to a reserved parking spot was great to have. Walking distance from many restaurants. Like other reviews, the water pressure in the shower was low and often was slow draining. Would definitely stay again. AC worked really well.

Other stay was excellent. Really close to the ferry to get to San Juan best part it is only 50 cents. The host Alfredo had some cool refreshments in the fridge when we arrived. Beautiful sun set on the water

Camilo was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to suggest places to eat and things to do. Went to one of the restaurants he suggested and really liked the food.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Perfect location, exactly as described, spotless accommodations, and a friendly and delightful host. They went above and beyond for us. Really made our trip special. We are already planning our next trip!

Superb! Alan's home and the Casa Laguana team are outstanding! This is a luxury experience and what you can expect with 5-star stay. From the minute you arrive, the lights are on, AC has cooled the home, tranquil jazz music is playing and welcome gifts are waiting. All the rooms and areas are BEAUTIFUL! The bidet toilets are such a treat but also necessary due to septic system limitations. There is tons of storage in the closets. The kitchen is small and you'll need to wash the dishes (no dishwasher), but the high-end faucet makes it easy. We LOVED our time here. It was close to the airport (bonus points), El Yungue, Old San Juan, Casa Bacardi & Luquillo. Initially a little hard to find - glad we arrived during the day - because without individual house numbers we found it based on the picture of the front of the home. Wish we had more time to explore this area of PR, but means we will have to return! Thanks for a fabulous 5-star stay!

Exceeded my expectations 😇 would definitely be staying again! Omar was VERY responsive, quick and informative! I absolutely love a host with recommendations, easy / picture instructions and organization! Our trip was the absolute BEST because of this great choice.

We had a great week long stay here. Quick taxi ride from the airport meant we were swimming shortly after landing. The private and direct access to Ocean Park beach was very convenient to come and go with kids. Soft sands, clear water, and fun waves. Even when we weren’t on the beach we felt like we were with ocean views from every room. The property was spacious and comfortable for the whole family. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance in both Ocean Park and Condado. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Moon’s place. It was just as described - the views from the window were incredible! Right above the pool and steps from the beach. Moon provided beach chairs and towels, and access to the beautiful beach was easy. We loved the beach with its soft sand, warm water and big waves! A short walk along the beach was a stand selling coconuts and pineapple, ices and pina coladas! Easy to walk to the local restaurants - favorites included Bebo’s Cafe for local Puerto Rican cuisine, La Cantina Argentina, and Sobao’s Cafe for coffee/breakfast. It’s felt safe walking around and most people were friendly and happy to help. We rented a car for one day from Enterprise, a 10 minute walk along the road. We visited El Yunque rain forest - wow! Amazing experience. Uber was definitely the way to go for most places, easier than trying to park! Old San Juan is a must visit! One of my favorite vacations!

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

I took a solo trip and decided on Mari’s place because of the location. Fabulous ocean views from the balcony. I enjoyed it to the max. Lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance. The place was nice and Mari was very responsive and went as far as checking in on me. I appreciate it! Hope to visit soon!

Loved the location and condo. Beautiful 3 bedroom condo on beach with massive master. Loved that it’s next door to San Juan hotel, nearby Plato’s and other great restaurants. Onsite washroom/dryer plus parking is nice too. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had as well. Will definitely book this place again.

Loved staying at Tania’s place in Isla Verde. The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. The building is secure and has a pool and direct access to the beach. Tania is a great host, attentive and responsive. Highly recommended and I will be definitely staying here again!

Amazing place to stay, close to many restaurants and 1min walk to beach. Watching sunrise over the beach from the balcony was beautiful

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Vivian’s. This Airbnb was probably my most favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The views from the balcony were exquisite, the atmosphere, and the vibes were immaculate. This location is perfect for a visit to Puerto Rico, It’s very walkable and close to pretty much everything. If I were to come back to Puerto Rico again, which I definitely plan to, I would try my best to stay at Vivian’s Airbnb 💗

Felix's apartment is great and he is an excellent host. The apartment is clean and bright and perfectly situated in Condado. Felix was a great communicator and super responsive to our questions and requests. We recommend the apartment and hope to go back.
