Great stay with many amenities and a central San Juan location. Close to the airport and you can hear the planes coming in and out, not a problem for us but something to be aware of. Friendly host with lots of information.

This is a very conveniently located, well maintained property if you want to be anywhere around Isla Verde beach. Everything that you need for a beach vacation was easily accessible. We decided to skip hotels this time and stay at this Airbnb where we felt there was a better value for your $$s. Highly recommended and we look forward to our next stay here

Sylvette was a wonderful host! She really felt like a mother figure, always open to conversations about anything. Her warmth was especially evident when she spoke about our son back home. Man what can I say Manuel’s place was a delight and pretty central we rented a car and it wasn’t bad at all. The only thing is the shower water was warm. Other than that thank you for the time and will be booking again if we come back to PR

Great place to stay in Guaynabo. Worked very well for my colleagues and me. Terrace provided nice views in all directions.

My family and I really enjoyed this home! It was clean and spacious for a big group. It's located in an area with a corner store that's walking distance and plenty of restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. It's only a short ride to Piñones for excellent food and the home was super clean and stocked with towels and toiletries which is a plus. The Chinese food is bar none in this area and the pool was a lifesaver keeping my 5 year old completely entertained. The host was amazing and I would definitely choose this home again!

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

My parents and I loved this place! it was peacefull, we could listen to the Coquís which we loved it, very quiet and the apartment was clean and looked as described and in the pictures. Marcos was very nice, attentive and helpful until the last second that we were there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for everything Marcos! Bendiciones!

Location was perfect close to the airport and easy to access. Place provides a lot of privacy and flexibility to come and go. Had everything you need to stay around San Juan and relax. Host was responsive and helpful with informing about checking in and using beach access, garage access, and all amenities.

Lovely stay in an amazing community. The apartment had all the amenities I could ask for and had no problems at all during our stay. Super close walk to Escambrón is a huge plus too!

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!
