Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 2nd floor condo with elevator, is located in the lovely Westport by the Sea complex. Just steps away from your toes in the sand! It has a view of the State Park and just a few mins walk to the tallest lighthouse in Washington. Located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as EV charger, huge jetted tub, outdoor salt water pool & hot tub, electric fireplace, gym, putting green, basketball court, bbq area, etc. See “other details”.

This one bedroom unit, about 700sf, offers a view for miles! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your deck, living room or kitchen. Walk merely 70 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home. There is a wooden bridge and 7-8 uneven stairs. You will love the morning views and sunsets!

There is also a Pack 'n Play if needed. Very comfortable couch in front of fireplace with view of crashing waves. The entrance to the beach is at the Westport Light State Park, only a 1/4 mile walk/drive away. It is also within walking distance of the Grays Harbor Lighthouse and less than 10 minutes to the marina.

Cozy ~ Partial Ocean View ~ Hot Tub ~ EV Charger!

This stylish one-bedroom 3rd floor condo (with elevator) is located at the west end of building 12 at the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a partial ocean view and also looks over the State Park. It is a very short walk to the beach and ocean front path and also close to the pool area and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (open mid-May to September) while the hot tub is open all year. We allow early check-in if the unit is ready!

A spacious balcony features a clear view of the ocean, with gentle coastal greenery visible below. A small table and a single chair are positioned on the wooden decking, creating a serene spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

You will love the view of the ocean from the balcony as you are close enough to hear the breaking waves. With a large comfy bed, roomy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, you will have all you need and more for your trip to the Washington Coast. Construction will affect the aesthetics of the unit.
