Spacious End Unit ~ Saltwater Pool ~ Beach Access!

Our spacious and bright two-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach at the end of Ocean Ave. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is a very short walk to the beach and ocean front path! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool area and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We allow early check-in if the unit is ready!

This one bedroom unit, about 700sf, offers a view for miles! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your deck, living room or kitchen. Walk merely 70 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home. There is a wooden bridge and 7-8 uneven stairs. You will love the morning views and sunsets!

The entrance to the beach is at the Westport Light State Park, only a 1/4 mile walk/drive away. It is also within walking distance of the Grays Harbor Lighthouse and less than 10 minutes to the marina.

Come and enjoy our peaceful and centrally-located slice of relaxation in Ocean Shores, WA. Enjoy the sound of the ocean waves on the private deck with seasonal (winter) ocean views. Our Oceanside Explorers' Home is a 434 sq.ft one-bedroom condo in a small complex - minutes walk to the beach. The condo has a private entrance and assigned parking at the door. Although it’s not the height of luxury, it is clean and homey. Full kitchen - new electric range, new refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, cookware, dishes, etc. Queen bed & 10" memory foam mattress, two 5 1/2 foot couches. WiFi :up to 250/15mbps down/upload. No TV. No Pets.
