The traditional Gayageum experience at the accommodation is a 60-minute programme with a standard price of KRW 40,000 per person, which is offered to guests at a special price of KRW 20,000 per person. Located at the corner of the Bomun Tourist Complex and Bulguksa Temple in Gyeongju, our accommodation is located in a good area to travel about 7 minutes from Bomun Complex, 5 minutes from Bulguksa, and 20 minutes from Gyeongju's downtown tourist attractions, Yangnam, and Gampo (sea area). Cozy House is a modern-style duplex house that is a great space for couples. Enjoy the relaxing view of Toham Mountain from the inside of the room full of emotions and the private terrace:) This is a double accommodation including infants and toddlers, and no additional people are allowed. * The swimming pool is a public outdoor swimming pool that operates only in summer, not a heated pool. * We change bedding (duvet cover, pillow cover) every day. * An outdoor electric grill is available for 20,000 KRW for 2 people, so you can barbecue on an individual terrace. * One more thing to note is that there are cats in the yard. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
