Our house is located in the countryside between the cities of Bad Salzuflen (11 km) and Lemgo (7 km). The nearest train station is in Schötmar (7.5 km), the A2 is 14 km away and the Bad Salzuflen Exhibition Center is 8 km away. The apartment is about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The external staircase leads directly to the kitchen and living room. The apartment is newly renovated, comfortably furnished and offers a large terrace (approx. 25 square meters), flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and parking in the yard.

Der Gästebereich mit eigenem Bad (1.OG) und Gemeinschaftsküche (EG) befindet sich im Anbau eines ruhig gelegenen Resthofs etwas außerhalb (!) von dem Ort Sande am Lippesee, 11 km von Paderborn, günstig nahe der A 33 gelegen. Am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.
