Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'Guest access') simplify the stay.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern décor, fully equipped kitchen and fiberglass internet invite you to relax or even work in the apartment. Bus connection right at the end of the street. Bus connection to the Ofterschwang ski resort at 7:55 am.

Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Wie auch schon unser Appartment und unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich das neu renovierte Ferienappartment "Ludwig" im Herzen der Füssener Altstadt mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Schlösser Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein sind 4 km entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet Freizeitspass ohne Ende das gesamte Jahr über.
